WHAT THE STARTING RATE COVERS
Straight rectangular deck, minimum 20 m², easy access, generally level ground and a low platform up to 450 mm above ground. Includes standard footing and treated timber subframe allowances, selected boards, compatible fixings, fascia and installation. Timber pricing includes an initial protective finish.
Stairs, balustrades, pergolas, furniture, planting, demolition, rock excavation, major drainage, substantial ground levelling, engineering, approvals and site-specific upgrades are additional. The final specification and written quotation govern price and inclusions.
